Tyrannosaurus Gruit, a red-hued ale made with beets, hibiscus flowers, organic juniper berries and spruce tips, was aged in red wine barrels for five months to create this barrel-aged botanical brew.
Dinosaur Sr. pours a hazy amber-red with white foam. Evident beet aromas are offset by notes reminiscent of Swedish Berry candies. Pronounced fruity vinous and earthy flavours harmonize. The finish is lightly tart and mildly tannic.
